The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for Iraq is executing a project for the Provision of Formulation and Development of Iraq Integrated Criminal Justice Information System – Phase I, Republic of Iraq.
The development objective of this activity is to facilitate information sharing at key decision points in the criminal justice process
UNDP seeks to call for invitation for pre-qualification of well-established, experienced and reputable international companies eligible to meet all the requirements stated in this pre-qualification process to lead for a competitive bidding process. The scope of work will include:
A. Central, Alternative and Sub Datacenters:
1. Central and alternative Datacenters
• Design, implement and operate both the central and the alternative Datacenters.
2. Sub Datacenters
• Design, implement and operate the sub- Datacenters.
B. Shared Database and Shared Database Access Application
Analysis, design, implements, and operate the following:
• The Criminal and Justice Project Shared Database.
• Applied web based software application to access the shared database for all Iraqi Inter-Agency Working Group of Criminal Justice in Iraq (IAWG).
C. Analysis, design, implements and operate the targeted information systems (web based) for the four (IAWG) institutions (Higher Judicial Council, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
After the pre-qualification process, shortlisted companies will be invited to submit their proposals.
