Overview
UNDP in Libya is seeking a qualified and motivated International consultant to work with the UN Electoral Support Team through the Libya Electoral Assistance Project (LEAP). The consultant will be based in offices of the UN Electoral Support Team and the High National Elections Commission. The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the UNEST Public Outreach Advisor, and the UNEST Deputy Chief Electoral Advisor, and should possess high level technical and analytical skills in the field of artistic design and computerized design packages.
