Overview
UNDP in Libya is seeking a qualified and motivated national consultant to work with the Civil Aviation Authority and through the Capacity Strengthening Initiative (CSI) project. The consultant will be based in the Civil Aviation Authority. The consultant will be working under the overall supervision of the UNDP – Governance Advisor/ CSI Project Manager and the direct supervision of the international consultant (Team Leader) and should possess highly technical and analytical skills in the field of institutional development, strategic planning- management and capacity building. Knowledge in transportation related sectors is highly desirable. She/he will be based in the Civil Aviation Authority and support the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority and his staff in conducting the comprehensive assessment and capacity development proposals.
