Description of the assignment:  International Consultant – to capacitate the MEDEP and MED-PA staff to effectively operationalise the new M&E guidelines which have been drafted in compliance with DCED standards.

Period of assignment/services: 15 days over the period from 06 – 24 December 2013

Duty Station: Kathmandu

Proposal should be submitted at the following address: Project Implementation & Support Unit (PISU), UNDP (Ref.: PISU/PN/043/2013 - International Consultant for MEDEP), UN House, Pulchowk, PO Box 107, Kathmandu, Nepal or by email to procurement.np@undp.org no later than 21 November 2013.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing, or by standard electronic communication to the address or e-mail indicated above. The PISU will respond in writing or by standard electronic mail and will send written copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants.
