Overview

UNDP Libya is seeking an international consultant “Human Rights”, to work under the overall guidance of UNDP Libya Country Director and in close collaboration with the Human Rights Country Office Focal Point in Libya. The consultant is expected to conduct internal consultations with the relevant focal points in the UNDP Country Office, relevant Ministries and Donor communities, to draft a concept note and agenda for the discussions, drafting of UNDP Libya Human Rights Framework of support and finalization of project document and Office Action Plan to mainstream Human Rights into current programme and projects.
