Overview

UNDP in Libya is seeking a qualified and motivated international consultant to work with the UN Electoral Support Team and through the Libya Electoral Assistance Project (LEAP). The consultant will be based at the Media Center of Libya’s High National Elections Commission (HNEC). The consultant will be working under the direct supervision of the Deputy Chief Electoral Advisor / Chief Technical Advisor and should possess high level technical and analytical skills in the audio-visual sector and extensive experience in the design, management and implementation of the technical functioning of an electoral media centre.
