The initial validity of LTA will be a minimum of one (1) year period and may be extended up to a maximum of three (3) years subject to satisfactory performance evaluation.
Signed and Stamped quotations in sealed and stamped envelopes may be submitted on or before 18:00 o’clock May 01,2014 and via courier mail to the address below

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. |
