This Terms of Reference is for the contracting of a suitably qualified data collector who will conduct Historical Research on the occurrence, impact and losses of disasters that have occurred in Caribbean territories between 1980 and 2012. The data collector will enter the information into the database using the methodology, software and the computing environment that will be provided by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in the Caribbean territory. |
