The United Nations Program for Development ( UNDP) , under the Project 00078066-000088542 " Management Modernization Judiciary " , invites interested firms to submit proposals for hiring a consulting firm to perform :
DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A STRATEGIC PLAN TO 2021 BETTER GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL OF THE JUDICIARY"
Bidding rules will be available from noon on Monday April 21, 2014 through the UNDP website - Peru : http://www.pnud.org.pe/CenOper/default.asp .
UNDP will not be responsible for the inability of the proponent of electronic equipment for the RFP documents , or for any loss and / or late receipt of any communication sent to the proponents.
UNDP will receive proposals in sealed envelope only in the city of Lima in the address below , according to the following schedule:
• Database Posted : Noon April 21, 2014
• Prior Conference : April 30, 2014 (10:00 am )
• Receiving inquiries: May 5, 2014
• Response to inquiries: May 12, 2014
• Receipt of proposals: 17:30 (no tolerance) of May 22, 2014
