| Overview : UNDP Moldova invites Sealed Bids for the construction of biomass (pellets and/or briquettes) fired heating systems in selected municipalities of the Republic of Moldova as follows:
Lot 1: “Construction of biomass heating systems in public buildings in the municipalities Cotiujeni and Grimancauti from Briceni district, Hadarauti from Ocnita district, Ruseni and Parcova from Edinet district and Nicoreni from Drochia district”
Lot 2: “Construction of biomass heating systems in public buildings in the municipalities Cocieri and Ustia from Dubasari district”
On 30 April 2014 at 10:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at 29, Sfatul Tarii Str., of. 305. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to mihail.maciuca@undp.org by COB on Tuesday, 29 April 2014.
Bids must be delivered to UNDP Moldova office on or before 13:00 (Moldova local time) on 16 May 2014. Late bids shall be rejected.
Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
