| Overview : UNDP has been requested by the Government to support capacity development for administrative decentralization. This will involve working with the Secretary of State for Institutional Strengthening (SEFI), which has a mandate for the development of the institutional capacity development strategy, as well as for overall coordination in its implementation. Following the Promulgation of the Pre-deconcentration Decree Law (Law No 4/2014) 22 January by the President of the Republic RDTL, the Pre-deconcentration administrative capacity building programme will start with training of Pre-deconcentration administrative capacity building.
To support the training activity UNDP will procure Uniforms, Caps and Bags as follows;
1. CLOTHS (T-Shirt and Training Pants)
T-Shirt - Main colour is yellow golden with collar
with printed/stamped tais strip (2cm width) on left and right hand side (see design attached).
