| Overview : In connection with the issuance of agreements for the procurement of hotel services for accommodation, organization of events, provision of transportation services and simultaneous translation equipment for UNDP and UNDP Projects in Turkmenistan, UNDP CO in Turkmenistan invites interested companies engaged in the hotel business, organization of events, provision of transportation services and simultaneous translation equipment send your proposals for the competition.
We kindly request all interested companies/organizations to submit Proposal. Please be guided by the forms attached to the RFP-TKM-007-2014 , in preparing your Proposal.
Please be informed that pre-bid conference will be organised at 11:00 on 23 June 2014 at UNDP Office.
Proposals may be submitted on or before COB Thursday, August 01, 2014 and via email, courier mail or fax to the address below:

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your Proposal by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the PDF format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and compliance of the Proposal and responsiveness with the requirements of the TOR, RFP and all other annexes providing details of UNDP requirements.
