| Overview : UNDP is launching a Call for proposals to all local Individuals/Group of individuals or Current Nursery Businesses from Obiliq/c municipality to submit project proposals for “Establishing enterprise for producing/maturing urban decorative tree seedlings”
Priority is given to individuals holding a university degree in horticulture or forestry. Evaluation is done based on:
- The quality of the 5-years business plan;
- The quality of the engineering plan for the construction of the nursery (with detailed costing by bidders specialized in construction both for the greenhouse and fencing to avoid the impact of weather conditions);
- Declaration committing s/he/they have the financial means and will finance the construction of a 1,500m2 greenhouse as per construction plan;
- CVs of the technical experts.
Proposals must be developed in line with the activities described in the Call for Proposal Background Analysis of the guideline for application –sections 3, 4 and 5. Individuals/Group of Individuals or Current Nursery business with strong background in similar activities and evidence for possession of relevant working equipment will be eligible.
