INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT PROCUREMENT NOTICE Bureau for External Relations and Advocacy (BERA) Date: 23 June 2014 Country: UNDP/HQ/New York Description of the Assignment: Consultant Project Name: Partnership with Japan Period of Assignment/Services (if applicable): From 4 August 2014 to 3 July 2015 (11 months) All interested individuals must submit their respective proposals through the Jobsite only: (http://jobs-admin.undp.org/cj_view_job.cfm?job_id=47570) no later than 18 July 2014, Eastern Time (US & Canada). All the required documents must be submitted as one consolidated PDF file. Any request for clarification must be sent by email to oleg.yershov@undp.org. [Bureau for External Relations and Advocacy (BERA)] will respond in writing or by standard electronic mail and will send written copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS PROCUREMENT NOTICE: 1) Terms of Reference which provides complete information on the Background of the Assignment, Scope of Work, Qualifications Required, Recommended Presentation of Offer, Evaluation Methodology and relevant information. 2) IC Template for Confirmation of Interest and Submission of Financial Proposal which should be used by interested individuals in submitting their proposal.
