JobID#16501 - Senior Consultant: Measurement, Reporting and Verification Systems

UNDP’s Environment and Energy Group (EEG) is seeking qualified candidates for a consultancy assignment supporting UNDP’s Low Emission Capacity Building (LECB) Programme.  The LECB programme is seeking a senior consultant to undertake a review (desk based and in-country) of progress under the initiative by LECB partner countries in developing Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) systems. The review should also identify opportunities, barriers to implementation, and lessons learned by LECB partner countries.

 To apply for this consultancy, kindly read through the TOR, General Terms and Conditions, and complete the Confirmation of Interest and Availability form and P11 using the templates provided.  Also submit a technical proposal as requested in the TOR.

 Criteria for Selection of Best Offer:

The selection will be based on a combined Scoring method – where the qualifications will be weighted 70% and combined with the price offer which will be weighted 30%. The 70% rating will be based on how well the applicant meets the minimum qualifications/competencies described in the TOR.
