| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from qualified companies for Upgrading UN in Viet Nam Intranet: design & content management system.
The overall objective of the service is to:
· To upgrade the design of the intranet to make it simpler, fresher and more appealing.
· To update the Joomla content management system (currently Joomla 1.7.1 – release September 2011) and its associated components for the One UN Intranet to the latest stable version of Joomla CMS by safeguarding the existing content, adding the required tools and functionality and altering Joomla at the application level as specified in the Scope of Work section of this TOR.
· To fully test performance, fix bugs during the software testing phase during the first six weeks of use and address any use or compatibility problems during the server testing phase (also six weeks).
· To deliver instant problem solving service from the starting date until six months after output 4 is met and provide training to the UN ICT Team during this period.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
