| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Republic of Belarus presents its compliments and kindly requests you to submit your Proposal for the services for organization and holding of study tours within the framework of the USAID project implementation “Local Entrepreneurship and Economic Development”. The proposals for all or separate lots indicated below are to be submitted:

Topic: “Development of the eco-tourism business sector within the economy transformation”

Lot 4 A study tour to the Czech Republic
Topic: “Establishment and development of clusters in eco-tourism”

Proposals may be submitted on or before 5 p.m. (17:00 Minsk time) 05 August 2014 via email, courier mail or fax to the address below:

The letter (envelope or the subject of the e-mail) must contain the following reference and name of the tender: RFP BLR No. 616/2014, services of organization and holding of study tours.
Your Proposal must be expressed in the Russian or English language, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the deadline of the proposal submission.
As to clarify and get replies to all the questions you have, on July 9, 2014 at 12 o’clock there will be a tender conference at Kirova street, 17 on the 6th floor. All companies wishing to take part in the tender are invited.
