Overview : Request for Expression of Interest for national NGO/CSO for
Small Grants Coordinator for Civic Education

I. Background
The United Nations Development Programme South Sudan (UNDP) seeks Expression of Interest from suitable, qualified and experienced national NGO/CSOs to act as a Grants Coordinator to administer a small grants mechanism. This mechanism aims at providing grants to South Sudanese civil society organizations and the media engaged in civic education. The purpose of the grants mechanism is to support the initiatives of civil society organizations to increase awareness and engagement of citizens in political and reconciliation processes.
II. Application Process
All organizations interested in submitting their Expression of Interest to act as Grants Coordinator may obtain the detailed documents for submission in person, by email or from the UNDP website as follows:

Submissions can be delivered by hand in sealed envelope to the bid box at UNDP Office on Ministries Road or emailed to bids.juba@undp.org on or before July 25, 2014 at 16:00 hours, South Sudan local time.
Late bids will be rejected. Only short-listed organizations shall be contacted. |
