| Overview : Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) would like to solicit proposals from qualified entities to support police accountability in Sierra Leone. This will includes the new independent police complaints board which was established at the end of 2013. The Scope of services will include operationalizing the board . The entity will also provide support to internal police oversight as well as strengthening the capacities of parliament and civil society. The programme is implemented by UNDP Sierra Leone.
