| Overview : UNDP Uganda has nearly 90 Staff; additionally some other UN Agencies such as UN Women, UNIDO, UN Habitat and UNCDF are also residing within the UNDP Compound. As part of the common service provision, UNDP has established a cafeteria to provide lunch, breakfast and refreshment services to UNDP Staff on an individual basis and during Official Meetings / Events.
UNDP Uganda therefore kindly requests Ugandan qualified camapanies to submit Quotations for RFQ "Catering Services" as per the detailed requirements of this RFQ (attached as PDF document). When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the forms attached hereto as Annex 1 & 2 of which a Microsoft Word copy is attached for you convenience.
Quotations may be submitted on or before 19 August 2014 at 10.30am by following the submission instructions detailed in the solicitation document. |
