| Overview : UNDP Viet Nam is seeking two (02) Individual National Consultants on green growth and climate change to provide inputs to the revision of Viet Nam’s Investment Law and Enterprise Law.
Objectives of the assignment are to (i) review and analyze green growth/climate change-related aspects/provision in existing national investment legal frameworks and policies, investment policies of some countries, and related international conventions; (ii) provide specific technical recommendations/ inputs for inclusion in the draft Investment Law.
