Period of assignment/services: 4 months
Objectives
• Conduct a desk review of articles and research reports relevant to previous work on Residency Models of Intervention with youth.
• Work with the program Sociologist to develop a violence prevention and resilience based intervention training program (theoretical and practical) based on the previous review and develop a training kit for the intervention mechanism.
• Conduct 2 training workshops for the 30 social workers and psychologists from the Ministry of Education with the project sociologist.
Deliverables and schedule
At the conclusion of the consultancy period, the consultant will have produced the following outputs:
• Delivery of a training kit for social workers and psychologists with the help of, and under the supervision of the project sociologist.
• Present 2 specialized workshops for the school social workers and psychologists from the Ministry of Education. |
