| Overview : The consultant is expected to provide technical and policy guidance to Government, CSOs on behalf of UNDP. In collaboration with the UN Development Assistance Framework outcome technical counterparts, implement strategic areas within the scope of principles of Paris Declaration with clear deliverables. The deliverables include: Ensuring HIV & AIDS Legislative Review; Ensuring Gender, HIV & AIDS Mainstreaming in public and private sector; Capacity building in HIV & AIDS research, planning and development; and Programme coordination, monitoring and evaluation. |
