Services of a General Contractor for the Repair of Various Public Assets in Western Leyte and Biliran Province
 
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines invites both local and international consulting firms to apply for eligibility and to bid for the subcontract for the “Services of a General Contractor for the Repairs of Public Assets In Western Leyte and Biliran Province”, an activity under the Yolanda Recovery Project of UNDP.
 
The public assets that will be repaired and rehabilitated consists of Cornmilling plant (Cabucgayan), Roofing System in the Capitol (Calumpang, Biliran), Naval Public Market Building, CDRRM Operations Center, Almeria Slaughterhouse, Municipal Hall Terrace, and a public Gymnasium.
 
For interested parties, Bidding Documents may be secured upon payment of a non-refundable amount of US$ 100, or its Philippine Peso equivalent, for the entire set of documents from the following address:

The abovementioned Bid Documents will be released to all interested participants starting 25 August 2014 to 10 September 2014 only.   The Bid Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes, as well as further details on the scope of services required.
 
UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project. UNDP assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
