JobID#17719- Consultant - Scoping studies on joint adoption of Poverty & Sustainability measures in select countries' national development objectives

EEG is seeking qualified candidates for a consultancy assignment to support the Environmental Policy Advisor of EEG and Policy Advisor from the Poverty Reduction group to develop an outline and methodology for conducting scoping studies in 10 countries.  He/she will also travel to provide training at an international workshop, support the finalization of the studies and produce a global synthesis report.

    Criteria for Selection of Best Offer:

    The selection will be based on a combined Scoring method – where the qualifications will be weighted 70% and combined with the price offer which will be weighted 30%. The 70% rating will be based on how well the applicant meets the minimum qualifications/competencies described in the TOR.
