Description of the assignment: Expert in Gender and Parliament Budget and Expenditure oversight– Gender Expert
Project name: Project for Strengthening Technical and Functional Skills of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs), National Parliaments and Civil Society for the Control of Public Finances in the PALOP and Timor-Leste (Pro PALOP-TL SAI)
Period of assignment/services: 45 working days in a total period of 2 months separated in two phases: Phase 1 (15.10.2014 to 15.11.2014) and phase 2 (15.03.2015 to 15.04.2015).
