| Overview : UNDP Moldova hereby solicits your bid for the supply of medical equipment as per the Schedule of Requirements (Section 3) and Technical Specifications (Annex 1) for Tiraspol, Slobozia, Grigoriopol and Rybnita perinatal centers, Transnistrian Region.
UNDP Moldova will organize on its premises at "Le Roi" Business Centre (29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova) a pre-bidding conference on 19 September 2014 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested offerors are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Mariana Nerpii, SCBM Project Assistant (mariana.nerpii@undp.org) by COB on 18 September 2014.
Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

UPDATE 26/09/2014: Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instruction to Bidders, in the result of clarification questions received from prospective offerors, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Annex 1 to Section 3 (Technical Specifications) of the Invitation to Bid document is amended to include additional information and/or make certain corrections in various of its parts. Changes are marked in red within the document. The amended version of Annex 1 is published below.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.
