| Overview : UNDP Viet Nam seeks a Senior International Expert on Quantitative Methodology and Governance Assessment for the research project “The Viet Nam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI)”
The main objective of this consultancy is to provide high quality technical inputs in terms of index construction methodology, and data processing and analysis for the research “The Viet Nam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI)” in three phases:
- Phase 1: 1 October 2014 – 30 September 2015
- Phase 2: 1 October 2015 – 30 September 2016
- Phase 3: 1 October 2016 – 30 June 2017 (with possible extension to 30 September 2017)
