| Overview : The National livelihood specialist role will support design of a Full Sized Project (FSP) addressing priorities identified under Timor-Leste’s National Adaptation Plan of Action for Climate Change (NAPA 2011) with the aim of establish policy framework and institutional capacity for climate resilient coastal management, rehabilitate and protect mangrove-based livelihoods established to incentivize mangrove, create integrated approaches to coastal adaptation adopted to contribute to the protection of coastal populations and productive lands. |
