Technical and Financial proposals MUST BE SEPARATELY SEALED in individual envelopes marked
“Technical Proposal” or “Financial Proposal” each envelope containing one Original copy marked as
such, one Copy and one Digital Copy in a CD/USB drive). Each envelope MUST clearly indicate the name
of the Proposer and both envelopes are to be contained in one larger envelope clearly marked “RFP_ Review of the 29 Generic Training Modules” clearly indicating the name of the Proposer as well as a warning that states “not to be opened before the time and date for proposal opening” |
