The United Nations Development Programme (hereinafter referred to as "UNDP") hereby solicits your quotation for the service described in Annex- I Terms of Reference for BP REDD+ TRAINING CENTER AND JOINT SECRETARIAT IN PALANGKARAYA
Submission of Quotations:
Quotations must be submitted in the English language only, based on the requirements specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The quotations shall comprise the following documents:
1. Acknowledgment Form (as per Attachment I)
2. Compliance Checklist (as per Attachment II)
3. Company profile including list of company’s experience
4. Audited Financial Statement/ Balance Sheet
5. CVs of proposed Personnel.
6. Implementation Arrangement, inclusive:
a. Existing SOP of the company
b. Quality Assurance Procedures/ Disciplinary Measures
c. Availability of Necessary Equipment, i.e. uniforms; tools and stationery for reports and log book, etc.
d. Confirmation on availability of Indemnity Insurance
e. Reporting Mechanism
7. Price Schedule (as per Attachment III)
Please ensure that your quotation is appropriately marked as noted below. It may be submitted via fax, email in PDF Format, courier or in person, prior to the closing date by 24 September 2014 COB (Jakarta Local Time) to:

Submitting a Quotation after the deadline for submission of quotations will invalidate it. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offer or to ensure (a) that the package containing the quotation reaches the designated address before the closing date/time, so that it is time stamped and acceptable for opening or (b) that the documents in PDF format are received at the specified email address before the closing date/time. |
