We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Provision of IT Equipment to UNDP EU HPMP Project in Jakarta, as detailed in Annex 1 (TOR) of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
Quotations may be submitted on or before the deadline indicated in the eTendering system.
Quotations must be up loaded in the system including all relevant supporting documents that must meet the requirements stated below. be limited to a maximum of 5 (four)MB, virus-free. The file name must not be longer than 60 characters and should not contain any special characters.
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will be submitted in the system before the deadline. The system will not accept any quotation after the deadline.
