Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

In the course of preparing your offer, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Bids that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your offer by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
If you have received this ITB through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires notifying UNDP accordingly. |
