| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mongolia is seeking qualified service provider(s) to organize a study tour on Local Self-Governance to Switzerland as per attached Request for Proposal RFP/2014/006.
The following qualifications are expected for carrying-out the mentioned services:
• Be a legal entity (NGO, consulting company, research institution etc);
• Prior experience in conducting international study tours;
• Knowledge of public administration, local government issues, legal framework.
• Sufficient capacity to provide logistical support.
The Offerors must thoroughly examine the bid solicitation document RFP/2014/006 in preparing your technical and financial proposals.
