Overview : Re-Advertised UNDP Zimbabwe intends to undertake a research study on the above topic. The main thrust of this research is to investigate what drives youth labor market expectations and if their expectations match with market demand. Such an analysis would help understand the driving forces behind successful transitions. It would also throw insight to policy making in strengthening human capital for future growth of the economy and addressing youth unemployment.
