| Overview : In order to achieve cost efficiency from economies of scale while ensuring outstanding quality of service, UNDP office in Egypt through “Strengthening of the Democratic Process in Egypt” Project decided to enter into Agreement with one Event Management company to serve all its needs and service requirements with regard to the organization of an international conference on: Women’s participation in Electoral Administrative Bodies between the 14th and 18th December 2014
The event, as referred to in the TOR, shall apply to all arrangements to be organized by UNDP through “Strengthening of the Democratic Process in Egypt” Project for official and private purposes which include, but need not be limited, to the following:
• Invitation’s submission and follow-up;
• Managing the organization of the international conference; Arrangement for this event include accommodation for participants, rent of conference halls, rent of equipment (LCD projector, Screen, laptop, PC, flipchart, folders, pens, badges, etc.), transportation to and from the airport, name tags and catering services (breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks);
• Reserving the hotel in Cairo , for the event and the participants;
• Guiding and interpretation arrangements including provision of simultaneous equipment;
• Providing rapporteur and ushers;
• Developing simple publications if needed;
• Printing and photocopies services including banners and folders;
• Providing certificates and giveaways;
• Providing videotaping and editing services;
• Providing photo shooting. |
