| Overview : This tender document is issued for the purpose of concluding a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with the successful Proposers for Provision of General Services for one (1) year, renewable annually to a maximum period of three (3) years, subject to satisfactory contract performance of the contractor and continued need for the services.
While UNDP intends to establish the LTA there is no fixed committed contract amount and UNDP reserves the right to utilize other sources at its discretion to assure value for money. |
