| Overview : We kindly request you to submit your proposal for the implementation of Financial Management and Control legislation and best practices in the Parliament of Moldova, as detailed in ToR of this RFP. When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the RfP document and ToR, which is Section 3 of the RfP attached hereto.
Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
