Your offer, including Technical Bid Form and Price Schedule Form (Bill of Quantities) in sealed envelopes should be submitted in accordance with Section 2 before 4.00 p.m. (Minsk time) on November 24, 2014.
BID conference and site visit will take place on 11 November 2014, at 3.00 p.m. at the address: Minskaya Oblast, Stolbtsovskiy Raion, Kolasava, Military Unit 25819. All interested companies are invited to participate in the conference. Please inform responsible person (Pavel Fountikov) about your intention to participate in the conference before 4 p.m. on November 10, 2014 by e-mail pavel.fountikov@undp.org or by fax +375 17 2261115.
