Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

UPDATE 14/11/2014: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no. 1 to the Request for Quotation is published below. In order to afford prospective Offerors reasonable time to consider the amendment and clarifications made to the solicitation documents, UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for submission of Quotations.
