| Overview : Purpose of the work/service required:
· Assess and design maintenance systems and procedures that encompass maintenance “protocol” and templates on assets inventories and assessment, maintenance plan and implementation, maintenance M&E mechanism and the design of maintenance grant systems for sub-national public infrastructure in Timor-Leste; and
· Develop training materials and deliver ToT to MSA and SNGDP staff on maintenance procedures and grant system of sub-national public infrastructures.
