| Overview : Event management firms play vital role in organizing events. UNDP Ethiopia on behalf of UN agencies in Ethiopia now intends to formalize the process of selection of event management firms in Ethiopia
By means of this Pre-Qualification exercise, UNDP Ethiopia aims at identifying potential highly qualified and experienced event management firms. This EOI is open to all eligible firms interested to be registered as prequalified firms in UNDP’s roster. This EOI is for the sole purpose of establishing a list of highly qualified event management firms that are technically, financially and administratively capable of providing excellent event management service.
The pre-qualified firms will be invited to submit proposals or bids within a series of limited international competitions, Request for Proposals (RFPs), for event management service; where technical and financial evaluations will be carried out according to UNDP rules and regulations for RFP.
There is a high possibility that the RFP processes result in long term agreements (LTA) with wining firms. UNDP will make these decisions when it launches subsequent RFP. |
