We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the procurement of medical equipment for infirmaries within public schools in Lebanon, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
Quotations shall be submitted on or before December 1, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Beirut Local Time, and via courier or by handto the address below: :
