Bids must be delivered to UNDP Moldova office on or before 11:00 (Moldova local time) on 23 December 2014. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, on 23 December 2014 at 12:00 (Moldova local time).
