| Overview : The UNIDO Office for Independent Evaluation (ODG/EVA) is looking for one national evaluation consultant to join the evaluation team in the independent mid-term evaluation of project TF/IRQ/11/001 (101100) - Operations and Industrial Maintenance Training Academy in Erbil, Iraq: a Scania-UNIDO-Sida partnership project. The evaluation team will be comprised of one international evaluation consultant (team leader) and one national evaluation consultant and it will work under the overall guidance of the UNIDO Evaluation Manager, ODG/EVA and in coordination with the two UNIDO project managers.
This independent mid-term evaluation is tentatively foreseen to be conducted in the second half of January 2015 and will include, inter alia, local travel in Erbil, Iraq.
UNIDO is looking for a national evaluation consultant, who has previous experience in relation to skills development (vocational training from an industry perspective), preferably from Kurdistan and who is fluent in Kurdish and in English (in spoken and written language).
