| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) on Technical Support to UK-China Center of Excellence on Disaster Resilience.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than COB, 19 January 2015. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal.
If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records. In order for you to better understand our requirements and selection criteria, we would like to hold a pre-bidding conference at 17:00, 13 January 2015, Beijing Time, in the UNDP Small Conference Room and you are most welcome to attend this meeting. The UNDP Small Conference Room is located at No. 2 Liangmahe Nanlu,
