| Overview : UNCDF is the UN's capital investment agency for the world's 48 least developed countries. It creates new opportunities for poor people and their communities by increasing access to microfinance and investment capital. UNCDF programmes help to empower women, and are designed to catalyze larger capital flows from the private sector, national governments and development partners, for maximum impact toward the Millennium Development Goals.
To fulfill this mandate, UNCDF has developed an Experts Roster for short and long-term assignments with core expertise in the following substantive areas: i) Local Development, ii) Microfinance and iii) Evaluation.
Please, note that applicants have to have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the field of microfinance, local development and evaluation. We are asking interested qualified consultants to apply online.
