| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.
The Procurement Support office of UNDP is issuing this tender document for the purpose of concluding a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the Translation, Typesetting/Lay Outing of the HDR and related products from English into Russian and Printing and Distribution of the HDR with the successful Proposers subject to satisfactory contract performance.
All Offerors are requested to translate the attached sample document in ANNEX A into the Russian language. This translation will be evaluated as a precondition to continuing evaluation of the submitted technical proposals. Please place this Sample Translation in separate envelope or if electronic submission is used, please submit this Sample Translation as a separate file.
Your offer, comprising of a Sample translation, Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes or emails, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.
You are kindly requested to submit a letter advising whether your company intends to submit a Proposal to UNDP at the following email address: ugyen.tobgay@undp.org and cc karla.dalimunthe@undp.org. The letter should be received by UNDP preferably no later than 12 January 2015. |
