| Overview : UNDP Khartoum wishes to enter into Long Term Agreement with one or more suppliers for provision of Copiers and Printers Maintenance and Supplies Services to UNDP office in Khartoum and garden City. UNDP Khartoum envisages entering into contract for one year with the option to renew for two additional years, subject to a satisfactory contractor performance. The estimated value of contract during proposed contract period (3 years) is US Dollars 192,000.00. However UNDP Khartoum does not guarantee that similar volumes would be ordered during the contractual period.
The UNDP reserves the right to go into agreement with more than one supplier as a result of the present tendering procedure.
Purpose:
Timely supply and delivery of maintenance and repair services for photocopying machines and printers on Long Term Agreement (LTA) located in UNDP Compound and Garden City Buildings as follows:
Lot (1): Provision of preventive maintenance and repair services for Office photocopiers.
Lot (2): Provision of preventive maintenance and repair services for Office printers
Lot (3): Supply and delivery of photocopiers’ toner cartridges and consumables
Lot (4): Supply and delivery of printers’ toner cartridges and consumables
