Section 11 – Contract to be Signed, including General Terms and Conditions
Annex I – BoQ, technical drawings and descriptions for architectural, mechanical, electrical, water&sewage.
Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.
You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than Monday 2nd March, 2015 at 12.00h CET. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records. |
